This 2.5-hour horse-guided experience is designed to help you uncover where your “triggers” really come from, explore how they’ve been showing up in your life, and begin the gentle process of letting go.
The horses aren’t just along for the ride—they’re your co-guides. Their honest, nonverbal feedback helps you tune into your inner truth with clarity, compassion, and (sometimes) a dose of humor.
During this event, you will experience:
🐴 Hands-on horse interaction
🌀 A polarity demo session to explore your emotional “tug-of-war”
🧠 Insights around old patterns and what’s no longer yours to carry
💬 Circle time for integration, sharing, and support
